Core Mandate:
To enhance veterans’ capacity for self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and economic productivity.

Key Units & Responsibilities:

• Vocational Training Unit: Implement technical and vocational programs to build employable skills.
• Entrepreneurship Development Unit: Offer mentorship, business incubation, and startup support.
• Economic Empowerment Unit: Facilitate access to finance, microcredit, and cooperative development.

Integrated National Action Priorities:

• Economic Empowerment and Skills Development
• Involvement of Veterans in Supervision of Parish Development Model (PDM)
• Inclusion of Veterans in Government Income and Empowerment Projects
• Identification and Promotion of Talented Veterans
• Placement of Veterans in Government Agencies and Boards under Operation Other than War (OOW)
