Core Mandate:
To design, implement and monitor all veteran-centered initiatives that promote welfare, reintegration, and empowerment.

Key Units & Responsibilities:

• Programs Unit: Plan, coordinate, and evaluate BIVETU’s flagship welfare and empowerment programs.
• Community Engagement Unit: Strengthen veteran–community cohesion, promote reintegration, and mobilize community support networks.
• Health & Wellbeing Unit: Deliver physical and mental health interventions, wellness campaigns, and rehabilitation programs.
• Education & Skills Unit: Facilitate access to education, scholarships, and continuous learning opportunities.
